I show how I think the hands should be held during ab exercisees and I lots of irate viewers telling me I am wrong. How do you get a flat tummy within a few weeks?

I am already pretty skinny i am 5′4 and weigh 120 pounds. I like my legs and arms all i really want to do is get rid of my pooch.
